COSORI has developed an excellent line of smart ovens, air fryers, dehydrators, and other products. They are on a mission to create more innovative goods that make life easier and better, which is why they have introduced the COSORI 26-Quart Ceramic Air Fryer Oven. It’s simple to use and clean, and it has an astonishing 13 culinary capabilities. These include toast, bagel, pizza, air fry, bake, roast, air sous vide, proof, bake, broil, dehydrate, warm, and reheat. This oven does much more than just air fry.
First Impressions
At first appearance, this oven is appealing to the eye, with a sleek stainless steel design that complements any sort of kitchen decor while also being durable. The LED display on top of the door is simple to read and utilize. Dialing between the various functions is a fluid experience, and you can then set the temperature and cook time before pressing start. Simple is simply how I like it. There are four rack positions, and if you forget the ideal position, there are labels on the front of the door to remind you. However, these labels are not obtrusive, which is ideal for a device that will be visible on your countertop at all times.
With a 26-quart capacity, this oven will take up a significant portion of your countertop; it is large, without a doubt – but this is only an issue if you don’t have a lot of space to spare, or if you only cook for one person most days. However, as I began using it on a daily basis for my family, I realized that the size didn’t bother me as much. Plus, the enormous capacity is what makes this oven enjoyable to use. On Sunday, 9 slices of bread can be toasted at once; on Wednesday, a 5-pound chicken can be roasted; and on Friday, a 12-inch pizza can be baked quickly, with plenty of meals in between.
The extra-large capacity also allows for multiple dishes to be baked at once, which is not possible in regular air fryers. The ability to monitor the food through the clear door is also not possible with a standard air fryer, which makes it easier to avoid overcooking. Every week, I made sourdough bread, and I tested it in the COSORI oven. They baked wonderfully and in less time due to the quick preheat and various heating elements. I used this oven to air-fry potatoes, toast bagels, sous-vide fish, bake lovely chicken, and more, and everything turned out just as I had planned. I am impressed, to say the least.

Easier cooking and cleanup.
The COSORI Ceramic Air Fryer Oven includes several attachments, such as a splatter guard, thermometer, casserole pan, wire rack, sheet tray, roasting rack insert, fry basket, and recipe book.
When you open the package, you’ll find everything you need to use each culinary function. The bundled casserole pan and sheet tray are dishwasher safe, which is essential in 2024. Even when I washed several of these pieces by hand, they cleaned up well.
It contains three distinct heating elements: one on top, one on the bottom, and one in the back of the oven. The heating elements on the top and bottom are flat-sealed, so there are no exposed heating elements to clean around, and spills are easily wiped with a single wipe. The removable splatter guard on the back of the oven protects the heating elements and fan located there. The provided thermometer easily plugs into the front of the oven, allowing you to monitor the temperature during the cooking process. Presets that turn off the oven when the proper temperature is reached make putting a well-cooked protein on the table even easier.
This oven cleans up so rapidly that I am amazed every time. I’ve tried other tabletop ovens with exposed heating elements, and they are considerably more difficult to clean. I appreciate that the COSORI ceramic oven can be cleaned fast because it looks so much better on my countertop between usage, and it certainly takes up less of my time on busy weekdays. Bits of cheese dropped off a pizza I baked and burned to a crisp on the bottom burner; a soft rag, ceramic cook-top cleaner, and 30 seconds were all I needed to make it seem brand new. COSORI said “easier cleanup,” they didn’t lie.
The heating element at the bottom can be utilized as a traditional ceramic cooktop burner. Using the supplied casserole pan, you can quickly brown/sauté veggies and proteins before switching to Air Roast, Air Bake, or Bake mode. The door can remain open as you work. There is no other device on the market that performs this, and the COSORI team was brilliant in coming up with it. This is an excellent feature for preparing pot roasts, savory pies, and chicken scarpariello, all of which are included in COSORI’s recipe booklet. Is there anything better than one-pot dinners in the COSORI Ceramic Air Fryer Oven? They take less time, require fewer dishes, and are easy to clean.
Pricing and availability
The COSORI 26-Quart Ceramic Air Fryer Oven is available for $299.99 directly from COSORI’s website or on Amazon for $179.99 (a limited time deal).
Is it worth it?
That depends on a few circumstances, but if you have the space for it and want an attractive kitchen gadget to add a layer of simplicity and ease to your hectic weeknights, I can confidently state that this oven performs admirably and is well worth the investment.
While I wish it took up less space in my kitchen, this gadget’s outstanding performance deserves a spot in my kitchen arsenal. It will not replace my normal oven, but I do find myself reaching for it the most on hectic weeknights; you can’t beat how simple it is to clean and how quickly it completes the task.
