Mia Goth, Shia LaBeouf’s wife, is accused by a background actor of purposely kicking him in the head during filming a scene in her upcoming film, MaXXXine. According to the lawsuit, Goth went above and above what the script demanded of the scene, taunting the man in a bathroom about the alleged assault.

Mia Goth and Shia LaBeouf got married in 2016, and the incident occurred during filming of the third and final part of the X-trilogy. The actress, director Ti West, and A24 are all named as major defendants in the background actor’s case.

MaXXXine is set to be the final installment in the X trilogy, with Mia reprising her role as the series’ eponymous character Maxine. The next production also includes some major stars, such as singers Halsey and Moses Sumney. Giancarlo Esposito and Crown actress Elizabeth Debicki have both been cast in the film.

However, even before a release date was established, the film was dogged by controversy as a background actor was rumored to have launched a complaint against the production alleging battery and wrongful termination. According to court records, the actor has accused Mia Goth of purposefully kicking him in the head during a scene.

According to the lawsuit, Mia Goth was simply intended to step over the body of a background actor who had been playing dead for the scene for hours. However, during filming, she apparently “intentionally kicked” him instead of performing what the script called for, despite being told not to do so after nearly stepping on him in a previous take.

According to the background actor’s claim, the blow caused him severe neck discomfort and stiffness. According to the document, a doctor supposedly diagnosed him with a concussion as a result of the occurrence. Furthermore, it appears that he received no medical attention on set, and Mia allegedly confronted him in the restroom after the alleged abuse and taunted him, challenging him to do something about what had happened.

Furthermore, he claims the synthetic blood had adhered to his skin, making peeling off the blood-stained robe more painful – and he claims he had migraines on the journey home and “nearly passed out twice” throughout the trip.

As if that wasn’t enough, the actor claims he was fired from the production after the event. He is now suing for at least $500K in damages for abuse and wrongful termination, as well as punitive penalties.

Not only that, but the lawsuit alleges he was fired from the production shortly after the incident with Mia Goth, charging A24 and the producers of wrongful termination and the actress of violence.

According to the documents, Mia, director Ti West, and A24 are all being sued by an extra for the upcoming film, who claims things became physical while they were shooting late at night last year.
